Finally, the auditions roll back to New York where we witness the unfolding of 212 Green, a Harlem-based band whose members look up to Mel B not only for her talent but also for embracing her bi-racial line. This band is one worth watching: they’re hip, they’ve got talent and they express themselves well. After their performance, the subsequent acts turn out to be dismal, save the comedic routine of former correctional officer Al Harris. He may have taken a lot of terms literally to demonstrate his jokes (e.g. hammering a stool and calling it a “stool softener”) to the disappointment of Stern and the women but hey, he still has Howie rooting for him to the end.

Next up on week 6 of America's Got Talent is a soul-pop group from NYC. Calling themselves 212 Green, the group is made up of girls and guys between the ages of 14 and 22. 212 Green normally plays small shows in bars and at charity events, but judging by their talent, they’re ready to take over the Radio City stage!
